The last two days in Seattle have been quite a tease – temps have been near 60 and it’s been incredibly sunny. Did I mention it’s only the first week of February and barely 2 weeks ago we were facing one of the worst snowstorms in decades? Anyway, I’ve been hitting up Starbucks for a drink I usually reserve for the spring – an iced soy white chocolate mocha. (OK – I shouldn’t be drinking soy. But an iced latte on days like today are the best!)
